Welcome to Scotty's Guide Service. I was born and raised in the Umpqua Valley. I grew up with the North Umpqua in my backyard, and caught my first steelhead at age five. I was on a plane to Alaska the day after I graduated high school, and began my career guiding fly fishing trips for salmon and trout. I've since returned to Oregon and continue to live my dream of guiding southern Oregon's beautiful rivers for salmon, steelhead, shad, and bass year-round. I have a true passion for fishing, as well as knowledge of Oregon's rivers that comes from years of experience. I enjoy guiding beginners up to the most accomplished anglers. Whether you enjoy conventional fishing or fly fishing, I feel I always have something new to add.
